Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, email us, or message the on-site assistant, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you call or text us, we'll have your phone number.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-first, cookie-free analytics to understand site usage in aggregate (such as page views, referring sites, and general device type). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry, answer questions through the assistant, and discuss potential work together. Aggregate analytics help us understand what's useful on the site and improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and respond to you. They process information only to deliver their service to us: our hosting and analytics provider, our email-delivery provider, and the AI provider that powers the on-site assistant. Messages you type into the assistant are sent to that AI provider to generate a reply and are not used to train its models.

Retention

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and maintain our working relationship, then delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with us — just email [email protected]. We don't sell personal information. If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; contact us and we'll honor them.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
